Psyllium Recall Notice — Amazon Canada Orders
All Psyllium products currently selling are a different lot and unaffected by the recall.
CFIA RECALL NOTICE (Amazon Canada)
On January 21, 2026, the CFIA issued a Class III recall notice for the following products sold on Amazon Canada due to the possible presence of insects (small beetles):
- Organic Psyllium Husk Powder 16oz (454g) - ORDERS ON OR AFTER NOV 27, 2025
- Organic Psyllium Husk Powder 4oz (113g) - ORDERS ON OR AFTER OCT 6, 2025
We voluntarily notified CFIA after identifying the issue. The source was traced to an upstream supplier processing failure (steam sterilization), not our facility.
As confirmed by CFIA, this is not a health hazard, though the presence of insects is unacceptable from a quality standpoint. Not all product was affected.
